YOU CAN EXPECT THE BEST FROM MARTEN.”

RANDY MARTEN, Executive Chairman of the Board of Marten Transport

400
MILLION-MILE DRIVERS

So many drivers go the distance with us – we must be doing something right.

More than 400 Marten drivers have achieved a million accident-free miles in the past decade. But what’s even more amazing is that our drivers are so loyal we’ve had to add a 4 million miler club to our 1, 2, and 3 million mile clubs.

Yes, we expect the best from drivers.
But we also expect the best for drivers.

That’s why Marten drivers can count on things that they can’t with other carriers, including:

  • Security of a weekly pay guarantee
  • Inclement weather pay
  • Immediate detention pay for most drivers
  • Safety and breakdown pay
  • Home weekly options – with routes tailored to your needs
  • Top equipment and service to keep you rolling and earning

WE COULD TELL YOU MORE, BUT OUR DRIVERS SAY IT BEST.

Best paycheck I ever had.”

Randell W.

Top drivers at Marten can earn $1,800 a week because we’re always developing pay innovations. You may not know this but Marten was the first carrier to introduce ways to compensate drivers for downtime that electronic logging does not allow for, including waits at customer docks, weather problems and road service delays.

If hometime is a priority for a driver, then it’s a priority for Marten. The Marten team works hard to find volume in freight lanes that get you home when you want.

The best equipment offered by any fleet company.”

Marten invests millions in your safety and comfort, rotating in new Freightliner, International, Peterbilt and Kenworth tractors into the fleet every 12 months.
